  • The Addiction Research and Treatment Corporation (ARTC) addresses the unique problems of hard-core inner city substance users (minority addicts) through various prevention and intervention methods. Primary care and HIV/AIDS care services and participation in various HIV/AIDS clinical trials are also offered to its patients in order to provide the convenience of one-stop shopping. It's objective is to help its patients lead healthy, independent and productive lives allowing them to become responsible citizens who engage in a variety of meaningful activities.
